I am a college graduate who decided 15 years ago to change focus and enter the healthcare profession. After 15 years I consider myself a seasoned professional who has been providing top notch care for the elderly. I don't drink or smoke. My children have both graduated high school and are moving forward with college studies so I don't have any distractions.
I am single focused on developing long term relationships with my clients and achieve that by providing dependable healthcare options. I enjoy helping the elderly to continue to live safely and independently in their own homes. My personality is encouraging, positive and upbeat. I get great satisfaction in seeing my clients living comfortably, happy and secure.
I am not a RN, but am a Certified CPN with CPR and First Aid certification, can take glucose tests, administer glucose shots, utilize a Hoyer lift, utilize Cpap machines, safely transfer, able to set/adjust oxygen machines, assist with bathing/dressing if needed, am a good cook, understand dietary needs, and have an array of other medical-related experience. My sister is an RN and provides additional support as needed.
HOURS AND RATES:
? Hours: Full time -- weekday and weekends
? Respite Care: Will work days, night and overnight shift if scheduled in advance
? Minimum Shift: 4 Hours
? Rate: Call to discuss as it depends on level of care needed. Weekly billing.
